Method Mobility Fitness and Rehab was born when Aoife Murphy, Chartered Physiotherapist decided to make good quality Mobility, Fitness and Rehabilitation products more accessible to her patients and clients. With over 15 years working in a wide variety of settings in the health and fitness industry Aoife has huge experience working with a variety or fitness and rehab products as well as mobility aids.
